James Thomas "Jimmy" Fallon, Jr. was born on September 19, 1974 and is an American actor, comedian, singer, musician and television host. He currently hosts ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’, a late-night talk show that first aired on March 2, 2009 with guests Robert De Niro, Justin Timberlake, and musical guest Van Morrison. Prior to that, he was best known as a cast member on ‘Saturday Night Live’ (SNL) from 1998–2004, as well as appearing in several films. Fallon's impersonations helped land him on Saturday Night Live as a featured player in the 1998-1999 season and he was later promoted to full cast member in the summer of 1999. He became co-anchor of ‘Weekend Update’ with Tina Fey with the October 7, 2000 season premiere.
